WHEN TO WEAR

Ideal for rainy days thanks to membrane and tape on the seams. When worn over a hoodie, the jacket is also suitable for cold weather. Provides protection from cold wind and rain.

The material is lined with a membrane that makes the jacket somewhat stiff initially, but increases in softness and pliability with each use.

MATERIAL & FUNCTION

80% cotton, 20% PU

The coat is made from the 2-ply material Storm Pop. Outer fabric is tightly woven cotton poplin laminated with a PU-membrane that prevents soaking and provides excellent wind-stopping properties. Seams are taped to prevent water penetration.

Withstands hydrostatic water pressure of up to 5000 millimeters, making it an ideal choice for light rainy conditions.

Our cotton rainwear behaves differently from standard synthetical rainwear. The cotton fabric withstands the rain in parts. The cotton yarn can absorb some water, but the membrane stops the humidity.

ECO

Poplin made of organic cotton. Hydrophobic finishing is PFC-free. Our sustainably produced jackets and coats are manufactured in our own GOTS-certified factory in Jiaxing, China.

CARE

No chemical dry clean. Only professional wet clean or hand wash. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.

To reactivate the hydrophobic finish after washing the fabric, you should iron it at medium heat with a cloth in between. The heat will reactivate the links of the molecules.

Our fabric is made from finest organic cotton fiber. Strong use of the garments can lead to change of color on the seams.
