You would like to return an item?

You have ordered from us, but you do not like the product or you have received a damaged item? No problem!

We make returns easier

We have moved away from paper return receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal where you can use your order number and email to process your return & exchange online.

Our return policy

You can return unused items to us within 14 days. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded (minus the amount for the return shipment for returns without exchange / in the case of sale goods, neither the shipping costs nor the return shipment will be refunded) - according to the payment method you have chosen. The processing and refund can take up to 7 days. For more information, please see our Cancellation Policy.

What you can not return

Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in the original packaging, including the label. Of course it is okay to test an item as you would in a store, but please do not use items you are returning multiple times.

Returns outside Germany

You can also register returns from other EU countries in our returns portal. We will provide you with a return label for the return at a charge. Please note that the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad are to be borne by you.
