We want your LangerChen jacket to accompany you for as many years as possible. Should a zipper break, a seam come undone, or another defect occur, we will support you with our repair service.

Together with an experienced specialist company, we individually review each request and organize the repair for you. This extends the lifespan of your jacket and helps conserve resources.

A repair is often the most sustainable solution. That's why we want to offer our customers an uncomplicated way to continue wearing their favorite items instead of replacing them.

Every repair request is personally reviewed. You will receive an initial assessment beforehand, and after we receive your jacket, a non-binding cost estimate. Only when you agree will we start the repair.

Send repair request

Fill out our repair form and describe the damage as accurately as possible. This allows us to check in advance whether and how a repair is possible.

Please send us the following photos by e-mail if possible:

  • a photo of the entire jacket
  • a close-up of the damage
  • photo of the care label with the article number
  • optional: additional photos from different angles

Step 2

Send in jacket

Important: Please only send your jacket after you have received a confirmation from us.

After our initial assessment, you will receive a confirmation for shipping. Send your cleaned jacket at your own expense to our service team.

Please enclose your repair request and mark the area to be repaired with a sticker/Post-it.

Attention: Please do not use safety pins or straight pins, as they can damage the fabric.

Inspection & Cost Estimate

Upon receipt, we carefully inspect the jacket and coordinate the repair with our specialist workshop. Afterwards, you will receive a non-binding cost estimate with information on the scope of repair, costs, and processing time.

 

Step 4

Repair & Return Shipping

After your payment is received, your jacket will be professionally repaired.

Once the work is completed, we will send the product back to you. We cover the costs for return shipping.

Should a repair not be possible, we will, of course, inform you beforehand and also send the jacket back to you at our expense.

Yes, please only send your jacket in a cleaned state. This way, it can be carefully inspected and professionally processed.
What happens if I don't accept the cost estimate?
If you do not wish to accept the cost estimate, we will not carry out the repair. We will inform you about the next steps and send your jacket back to you.
Can every jacket be repaired?
We review every request individually. In many cases, minor and medium damages can be successfully repaired. Should a repair not be possible, we will, of course, inform you beforehand.
What kind of damage can be repaired?

Yes, you can describe multiple damages in one request. Please upload meaningful photos for each affected area if possible.
Can I also send in a jacket that is not from LangerChen?
Our repair service is for LangerChen jackets. Unfortunately, we cannot offer repairs for products from other brands.
