Delivery time
Unless otherwise stated, delivery within Germany takes 2-4 business days. Delivery will be made no later than 5 business days after ordering.
For deliveries to other EU countries, the delivery time is 3-10 working days after ordering, depending on the country.
Our orders are shipped via DHL. You will receive the corresponding tracking number by email to check the delivery status and track your shipment.

Switzerland: €25.00 (Important note: Additional costs, such as import VAT and customs duties, will apply to shipments to Switzerland and are collected by the parcel service provider. Our online shop prices are net prices.)

You ordered from us, but you don't like the product or you received a damaged item? No problem!
We have discontinued paper return forms. The following link will take you to our returns portal , where you can process your return and exchange online using your order number and email address.
Please note that you are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

credit cards
During the ordering process, you will enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after you place your order. The credit card information is transmitted to a certified payment service provider via an encrypted security system, without LangerChen or any third party having access to this data in any way. LangerChen uses SSL (Secure Lock Layer) security software. This encryption method protects your credit card data against eavesdropping and manipulation during transmission. Therefore, it is impossible for unauthorized persons to read this data during transmission over the internet. Refunds can only be issued to the credit card used for the original payment.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself with your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed immediately after you place your order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed immediately after you place your order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed by PayPal immediately after you place your order. You will receive further information during the ordering process. PayPal may offer additional payment options in your customer account to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence on the availability of these options; any additional individually offered payment methods will affect your legal relationship with PayPal.
