Our employees lead a lifestyle similar to the West, giving equal attention to work and private life. Working days are usually from Monday to Friday. Working hours are regulated by law to 40 hours per week.
Fair payment is close to our heart. All models from the LangerChen collections are manufactured in our own factory near Shanghai. Almost 90 employees with long-term contracts take care of the production of the jackets and coats there. The wage level is far above the legal minimum wage, because China is no longer a low-wage country.
