E-Commerce Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks and responsibilities

As an E-Commerce Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational implementation of all e-commerce marketing activities. Your tasks include:

  1. Design online store content:
  • Responsibility for the design and updating of content in the online store www.langerchen.com.
  • Conception and implementation of the home pages every two weeks: Identification of current marketing topics, creation of suitable wording and selection and placement of suitable image material.
  • Development and presentation of a coherent story that supports the offer seasonally and in line with the brand.
  1. Editing and season planning:
  • Editorial planning and creation of relevant content.
  • Close cooperation in a small team to ensure a coordinated marketing strategy across various channels.
  1. Instagram strategy and cooperations:
  • Development of the Instagram content strategy.
  • Development and monitoring of Instagram Ads.
  • Timing and playout of content.
  1. Organizing and directing photo shoots:
  • Responsibility for the conception and organization of photo shoots: selection of models, locations, styling and products to be photographed.
  • Post-processing of the shootings including image selection.
  1. Evaluation and optimization:
  • Analysis and evaluation of performance data and background figures to optimize the marketing strategy.
  • Optimization measures for future campaigns and to increase the conversion rate.
  1. Team leadership and collaboration:
  • Management and motivation of the 4-person e-commerce marketing team.
  • Monitoring the results and ensuring that the agreed targets are met.
  1. Brand and product cooperations:
  • Establishing and maintaining collaborations with other labels and partners.

 

Qualifications and requirements

  • Degree in marketing, communications, media or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in e-commerce marketing, ideally in a similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of social media platforms, performance marketing tools and ideally Shopify.
  • Experience in the conception and realization of photo shoots and campaigns.
  • Analytical skills and a quick understanding of numbers and data.
  • Strong communication skills and a creative flair for trends and design.
  • Team leadership skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
