Delivery period:

Our orders are shipped with DHL.

We process and ship orders during our peak service hours. Shipment will take place at the latest 2 - 3 working days after receipt of payment. 

You will receive the corresponding consignment number by e-mail to request and track the status of the consignment. 

Switzerland:

For Switzerland, additional costs (import sales tax, customs clearance) are to be expected.

Germany : 8,00 €            

EU: 15,00 €          

Rest of Europe & Switzerland : 25,00 €

Returns:

You have ordered from us, but you do not like the product or you have received a damaged item? No problem!

We have moved away from paper return receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal where you can use your order number and email to process your return & exchange online.

Please note that for this the goods must be unworn, original packaging incl. all labels. We can only accept returns if all these conditions are met.

Credit cards 

The credit card information is forwarded to a certified payment service provider via an encrypted security system without LangerChen or third parties having access to this data in any form. LangerChen has the security software SSL (Secure Lock Layer). This is an encryption method that protects your credit card data during transmission against interception and manipulation. During transmission on the Internet, it is therefore not possible for unauthorized persons to read this data. Refunds can only be booked on the credit card with which the original invoice was paid.

PayPal

You will be redirected to a secure connection directly to PayPal for the payment process. The only requirement: You must have a PayPal account or create one during the payment process. Refunds will be transferred back to your PayPal account. 

INSTANT Banking

SOFORT Banking is a direct payment system, which is a secure and fast payment option and does not require registration.

Please select "IMMEDIATE Banking" during your payment process. Your bank details will be forwarded to a certified payment service provider via an encrypted security system without LangerChen or third parties having access to these data in any form.
Possible transfer fees and bank charges are paid by the customer. Refunds will be transferred back to the account that was used for the payment.
